Tea Petrin is a full Professor in the Department of Economics in the University of Ljubljana. She is a key expert in entrepreneurship and innovation policies, regional development programs. From 1999 to 2004, she was Minister of the Economy for Slovenia. From 2004-2008, she was Slovenian Ambassador to the Netherlands, and has been Slovenia’s representative on the European Small Business Council. She is Vice-President of the Board of Advisors of The Competitiveness Institute.
